In the first 6 months of 2021, almost $1.15 billion in home sales were reported to MLS in Lamorinda, 71% above the previous peak in 2018.

Diablo Valley has a larger median house size than any of the Bay Area Counties, and it has increased about 3.4% since the pandemic struck. Approximately 2,740 MLS sales occurred in the six months through mid-June 2021. Total dollar volume was approximately $3.67 billion.
