I have dealt with many real estate agents and generally find them to be very poor quality business people. Carolyn is the exception. She is very professional, handles all the details, and got us the best prices both buying and selling. If you are looking for someone who can get things done, Carolyn is your person!

Carolyn Gwynn has represented me in several home purchases and I would trust her completely in all matters. She is the most competent, thorough, honest, hard working realtor I’ve ever run across. My ex-husband, and 7 other relatives were or are salesmen or brokers, so I speak from experience. I have 3 family members who are active realtors and I still use Carolyn as my agent. I would highly recommend Carolyn to anyone looking to purchase or sell their house.

She really took the time to understand what was important to us in what we were looking for, and did an extremely thorough job in previewing everything in the marketplace … She also went above and beyond what many realtors would do in taking care of us, right down to stepping in to take care of removing the previous owners’ junk that they should have cleared out themselves. She is truly committed to making every step of the process as easy and enjoyable as possible for her clients. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Carolyn worked enthusiastically on a trust sale in Walnut Creek with me and my co trustee. Her recommendations to update the house with new flooring and painting as well as updating bathrooms and lighting, resulted in multiple offers and a great sale. She also brought professional subcontractors to the remodel that were both expedient and pleasant. She is friendly yet professional and I would recommend her highly and with confidence. We could not be happier with our experience with her.

Integrity, professionalism and local knowledge serve her well… When we ran into some issues well after close, Carolyn stepped in and managed to resolve matters effectively. If you’re looking to have outstanding and uncompromising representation, Carolyn will not disappoint.

Carolyn is absolutely wonderful to work with during the stressful time of selling a home! She is an excellent communicator, reliable, knowledgeable, personable, and just an overall pleasure to interact with. Perfect blend of savvy professional with compassion. She not only works hard to get you the best price possible but she doesn’t leave a detail out in all the nuances of selling property. I would love to partner with her again in the future.

Carolyn gave us, clear concise and accurate input regarding the condition of the house and the market for such house. She gave us options along the way with the likely outcome. And the outcome was exactly what she said would be the result. There were no surprises throughout the process. She does not develop unrealistic expectations. However, she also builds confidence in the process and optimism in the outcome.

Carolyn Gwynn was a consummate professional throughout the entire home sale process. She was thoughtful in her approach across multiple facets — timing, price, process, negotiations, etc. She went the extra mile and successfully navigated a complicated relocation sale process and was considerate  of our personal constraints. She did a wonderful job maximizing value in an transparent, professional way. We highly recommend Carolyn.

There is so much to thank you for…your invaluable guidance, support, encouragement, honesty and knowledge during the purchase of our new home, the marketing of our former home, and the complete change of our life. It has meant more to us than we can adequately express.
